BES-SIM 2 on GitHub
The BES-SIM 2 code and workflows are publicly available on GitHub to facilitate collaboration among contributors and track changes through version control over time, following FAIR principles. Upon publication, the repository will be archived on Zenodo to obtain a citable DOI, which will be referenced in all BES-SIM 2 publications to ensure full reproducibility of results. The repository also serves as a resource for modelling teams to consult and build upon for their own work. You can visit the BES-SIM 2 Git Hub repository at https://github.com/adcamagu/BES-SIM2.
A repository for BES-SIM 1 can also be found here: https://github.com/hmlfpereira/BES-SIM-1
Resulting datasets
All datasets can be found directly in the GEO BON EBV data portal
BES-SIM 2 datasets
BES-SIM 2 is currently underway. Datasets will be made available here progressively as results are published: biodiversity and ecosystem services datasets will be released once the respective modelling teams publish their results, while land use datasets will be released only after the modelling teams have published their results and the BES-SIM 2 protocol paper is ready.
